The Dexter R-XI School District has an opening for a full-time Elementary Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year.  The teaching assignment would be for a 1st Grade position at Southwest Elementary School. Applicants should have appropriate certification for an elementary position.

Starting teacher pay is $40,000, and salaries are based on years of experience and education. This is a 178-day contracted position with employee Board-paid insurance and benefits. Additional information about the district can be found at www.dexter.k12.mo.us.
