FINGERPRINT/BACKGROUND CHECK
- A criminal fingerprint/background clearance must be obtained before a certificate can be issued.
- You will need to log into MACHS to register for fingerprinting @ www.machs.mo.gov or call 1-877-862-2425. The 4 digit classified code number is: 2030
- The Dexter School District does not reimburse payment for fingerprinting. Fingerprinting clearance may be used for classified purposes at any school district in the state.

To register with MACHS for fingerprint search that includes a check of FBI files, your employer / licensing agency must have provided a 4 digit registration number (see below). This number ties all agencies identifying information together to ensure that your background check response is returned to the correct agency in a timely manner.
